Negative Pressure in Micro Peristaltic Pumps

Negative pressure in a micro peristaltic pump refers to a state where the pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure. It is a normal operating condition for micro peristaltic pumps and is essential for the suction of liquids and gases.

Working Principle of Micro Peristaltic Pumps

A micro peristaltic pump is a precision pump that can self-prime, regulate flow rate, and direction. It achieves the purpose of transporting media (such as gases or liquids) by compressing the continuous deformation of the pump body within the tube, causing the media inside the pump body to flow with the rotation of the pump body. Its working principle is mainly based on the alternating change of the loose and sealed state of the rubber tube wall on the pump head.

Negative Pressure in Micro Peristaltic Pumps

During the operation of a micro peristaltic pump, the rubber tube wall inside the compression pump head is deformed, creating a negative pressure inside the pump head. Negative pressure refers to a state where the pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure and is a normal operating condition for micro peristaltic pumps. Through the action of negative pressure, micro peristaltic pumps can achieve the suction of liquids and gases and transport them to the desired location.

Relationship Between Micro Peristaltic Pumps and Negative Pressure

The normal operation of a micro peristaltic pump cannot be separated from the role of negative pressure. Its basic principle is to utilize the pressure difference to achieve the transportation of liquids and gases. In practical applications, micro peristaltic pumps are often used in chemical analysis, medicine, food, and environmental protection, and they have high precision and reliability. In particular, they play a very important role in the sampling, transportation, and dilution of micro-liquids.

Conclusion Negative pressure in a micro peristaltic pump refers to a state where the pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure. Through the action of negative pressure, micro peristaltic pumps can achieve the suction of liquids and gases and transport them to the desired location. Micro peristaltic pumps are commonly used in chemical analysis, medicine, food, and environmental protection, and they are characterized by high precision and reliability.
