REBECCA: REAL BRIDE STORY
We got married in June at Chateau de Jalesnes, within the Lorie Valley, France. The most important thing for all of us was to get our vows. There were plenty of tears and we wanted our closest family and friends there to witness the ceremony. The whole day was personalized using different ideas all over. I liked the ideas from the big round balloons and cocktail jars for cocktails within the garden. I can't say there is a particular theme but we'd pastel pinks and purples, sparklers along with a well-stocked bar.
When it found her fabulous wedding gown the only thing Rebecca knew was that they didn't want anything too big. She went into the whole knowledge about an open mind, which we believe is key! We hear a lot of stories of brides that wind up choosing a style they are never likely to fall in love with.
I didn't wish to take it off! I felt overwhelmed with joy when I use it and after trying on a lot of, I didn't think an outfit could make me feel so great. Each time I returned for fittings I felt the same but better every time!
Rebecca found her ball gown wedding dress at feeltimes.co.uk, saying she visited other stores after but nothing when compared to customer service, and not one of them had her dress.
Buying my dress was one of the best experiences of the whole event. Each trip to the shop is made into an event with bubbles. My mum and I would choose lunch after and talk non-stop concerning the dress. Finding the suits and bridesmaids' dresses were also designed to feel like a celebration, not only a hassle or ticking from the list. Although my day is special the build-up and preparations were all part of the overall experience, that only you as well as your husband reach experience fully. Everyone else only receives a snippet from the experience, this is exactly what is so special about weddings for that bride and groom!!
My tip for just about any future bride would be to treasure every moment and ensure all guests know to transmit you all their captured memories too, even the ones that don't star you as well as your hubby.
