You can't really complain about the summer content in  EA FC 24 Coins FC 24: A lot of FUTTIES SBCs are released that are pretty good value, and thanks to the Summer Swaps, we can even grind and sweat for some sweet Special Cards for free.However, with the latest Squad Building Challenge, which has just been published, EA Sports clearly f*cked up. Sure, the player looks awesome, but a spot among the worst SBCs in FC 24 is guaranteed. Here are the (sad) details.

Of course, this article is all about the new challenge featuring Premium FUTTIES Ferland Mendy – those who played FC 21 will still have bad memories of the French anyway. Together with Raphaël Varane, he destroyed the hopes, dreams, decent rewards and fun for many fans.

Luckily, he wasn't that annoying in FC 24... on the contrary, the Premium FUTTIES version is actually the very first Special Card that Mendy gets this year. The improved stats are pretty awesome, but unfortunately, the SBC is – we have to point this out loud and clear – crap.

The Ferland Mendy SBC may actually be the worst Squad Building Challenge EA Sports has ever released. Of course, 99 Pace, 91 Shooting, 92 Passing, 93 Dribbling, 93 Defending, and 97 Physicality are fierce, but it's August, FC 24 is almost here, and EA Sports still fails to give us an awesome SBC. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you're bathing in all FC 24 news, features, and gameplay available, then you're pretty much just like us. Ever since EA Sports introduced the two cover stars of FC 24 and more and more official information has seen the light of day on the internet, the hype has increased dramatically.

Well, if you're pissed off, you have probably claimed that EA Sports is just sooo lazy and simply presses ctrl+c and ctrl+v for each new FC, but the gameplay has actually changed pretty drastically over the years. Sure, I've said the same before, but it's not true.

FC 24, for example, was much slower to play than its buy FC Coins  predecessors – at least in the beginning. But that didn't exactly cause any enthusiasm in the pro scene, which is why we're now playing a completely different game after countless balance patches.
