You can easily make changes to your subscription in My Account, regardless of whether you require more DVR storage or access to more channels.

What would YOU like to see changed?

1. Modify your Basic Plan

2. Select "Subscriptions and Billing" from the "My Account” screen.

3. Click on "Manage Plan".

4. Click on the + next to the Plan that you wish to change, and the + will turn into a checkmark.

5. Check your changes to determine if you will have to pay an immediate fee to make the change. Click "Update Subscription" to save your changes.

6. Click "YES, UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION" to confirm your subscription change.

7. Add/Remove Additional Items

8. Select "Manage Addons" from the "My Account” screen.

9. Click the + next to the Add-On that you wish to add, or click the checkmark for removing an Add-On.

10. Check your changes to determine if you will have to pay an immediate fee to make the change. Click "Update Subscription" to save your changes.

11. Click "YES, UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION" to confirm your subscription change.
