· Dispensaries

2. Birth in hospital/nursing home:
The registration of the child born in the hospital or nursing home is done in the zonal office of the Municipal Corporation.
The hospital authority will issue the birth proof. The applicant ought to submit it at the MC office while applying for the same. If you’re unable to visit the office in person, visit its website and apply for the date of birth certificate online. You need to:
