Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is a powerful network access control and policy management solution that enables organizations to securely and efficiently manage network access for employees, guests, and devices. If you're an IT professional or network administrator, you may want to test Cisco ISE in a virtual environment before deploying it in a production environment. To do so, you can use EVE-NG, a powerful network emulation platform that allows you to build complex virtual network topologies and test various network scenarios.

To use Cisco ISE in EVE-NG, you will need to download the Cisco ISE images from a reliable source. In this article, we will walk you through the process of downloading Cisco ISE images for EVE-NG.

Step 1: Register for a Cisco Account

To download the Cisco ISE images, you will need to have a Cisco account. If you don't have one already, you can create one for free on the Cisco website.

Step 2: Download the Cisco ISE Images

Once you have a Cisco account, you can download the Cisco ISE images for EVE-NG. To do so, follow these steps:

1.            Go to the Cisco Software Download page (https://software.cisco.com/download/home).

2.            In the search bar, enter "ISE" and select "Cisco Identity Services Engine" from the drop-down menu.

3.            Select the version of Cisco ISE you want to download.

4.            Under the "Select a Download Type" section, select "IOSv-L2/L3".

5.            Under the "Download" section, select "Download Now".

6.            In the pop-up window, select "Accept".

7.            You will be prompted to log in with your Cisco account. Enter your username and password and click "Log In".

8.            Select the image file you want to download and click "Download".

Step 3: Import the Cisco ISE Images into EVE-NG

Once you have downloaded the Cisco ISE images, you can import them into EVE-NG. To do so, follow these steps:

1.            Open EVE-NG in your web browser.

2.            Click "Add Node".

3.            In the "Node Type" section, select "qemu".

4.            In the "Image Name" section, click "Browse" and select the Cisco ISE image file you downloaded.

5.            Enter a name for the node and click "Add Node".

6.            Repeat these steps for any additional Cisco ISE images you want to import.

That's it! You can now use Cisco ISE in EVE-NG to test various network scenarios and configurations. With EVE-NG and Cisco ISE, you can build a powerful virtual lab environment to test and validate network access policies and security configurations before deploying them in your production environment.
