Performing the course
There are several modules in the course material:
Module 1 - Practical
Module 2 - Yoga Philosophy
Module 3 - Meditation and Mantras
Module 4 - Anatomy
Module 5 - Specifics
Module 6 - Advanced Practices
A student begins with the first module when they enroll in the course. This module teaches you how to lead yoga classes for others. You start doing Sun Salutations and pranayamas, and you start giving to others. After that, you begin training to teach yoga classes. You must attend the yoga class, which is a component of the first module, at the same time every day. As a result, you begin learning how to teach yoga to people practically from the very first lesson of the course.
There is no sequential study of the modules. The school begins to transmit the theory topics after a student is proficient enough to lead a yoga lesson. Additionally, as they progress through the course, the student will learn more about yoga philosophy while developing their practice.
Practical component
The school's teachers monitor each student's learning and growth. When a student masters the art of giving a practice, this is how we accomplish it. For instance, after learning to perform Kapalabhati, the student must film a video showing how he conducts this pranayama on others. He then sends us this video after that. Teachers at the school view it and send the student their feedback. The learner continues providing kapalabhati to others. He sends us other sessions that he has recorded. He will hear the remarks once more. When the student begins delivering Kapalabhati correctly, the engagement ends. He won't continue studying another topic in class until he completes the task accurately. Students must complete the course without rushing from one section to the next.
Theoretical component
The school also oversees the study of any theoretical components of the course. After learning an academic portion of the system, the student must take a test to verify his understanding.
What exactly does the course material entail?
When students enroll in the course, they are immediately sent the course materials and instructions for downloading the first module's materials. The information is broken down into several films that explain each step of the practice in great detail.
Duration of the course
It depends on the student. Students who have a robust application should practice independently four times each week—teaching yoga to others four times a week. The course length, in this instance, can range from five to six months.
