So I log on now and attempt to chat, and OSRS gold receive a message saying"You have been temporarily muted because of breaking a rule. This mute will stay for a further two days. To prevent additional mutes please read the rules." I logged off at 11:58 EST last night, after finishing my Dark Demon task, and doing almost all of my Spiritual Mages actions, in isolation with nobody else about. I didn't talk in public or in clan chat. The only areas I spoke were in Sal's friend chat and on Skype (immaterial ).

Even though most of us are pretty laid back and are not hovering within the accounts button, there are a couple men and women who report just to annoy people in the hope they'll be muted. Also, WannaBePMod's. If you don't did violate a person, in which case most people are good, law abiding citizens and you are fudgeed.

To support my claim, in my accounts management it says that I will banned for 1 more day with no proof showing up. This means it was a Player Moderator mute, which means the PMod will have had to have seen you. They don't need to give proof since it's temporary anyway. For this reason, it probably was not a report.

So. My questions are straightforward: Just how long am I truly muted for? 1 or two days? 2 is the standard, if you don't get lucky and Jagex eliminates the mute early (they occasionally review them, iirc). Which Player Mod muted me (otherwise there would be evidence)? It is a PMod mute. We only have a couple of these, and they're responsible. Anyways, peace out before I'm un-muted guys.
