Debugging method
(1) Adjustment of fuel supply time. Remove all the oil pipe joints, turn the dial to make the oil outlet of cylinder 1 just start to oil, align the scale with an integer scale as the 0 scale, turn the dial according to the working order, and observe whether the oil supply interval angle of each cylinder is 60 degrees (six-cylinder fuel injection pump), the deviation is within 0.5 degrees.

(2) Commissioning of starting oil quantity. Start the test bench, set the rotation speed to 200 rpm, the number of injections to 200 times, turn the control arm to the maximum fuel supply position, and press the count button. The standard fuel injection volume should be 26ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, the position of each cylinder fork on the fuel supply lever can be adjusted separately.

(3) Debugging the fuel supply of rated speed. Start the test bench, except that the speed is set to 900 rpm, the other steps are the same as (2). The standard fuel injection volume should still be 26ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, you can adjust it uniformly by adjusting the rated speed oil volume adjustment screw.

(4) Adjustment of idle fuel supply. Start the test bench, set the speed to 250 rpm, and set the number of injections to 200. Press the count button. The standard fuel injection volume should be 6ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, you can adjust it uniformly by adjusting the idle oil volume adjustment screw.
