Comedy is subjective, so the list of any best comedy film always seems incomplete. Yes. All art is subjective. Your favorite movie may be the only movie I've seen since I came out of the cinema (well, if your favorite movie is crazy caddie 2, well, God bless you). When ranking a group of the most interesting movies that span almost the entire film history (sorry, silent movie fans, Dogesflix almost focuses on audio movies), you will weigh the complete farce against the more serious comedy that usually turns to drama. Scoring the best comedy movie is easier said than done. How do you strike a balance between deliberately absurd works full of jokes and comedies based on credible characters and scenes?

I'm paste's comedy editor. I'm looking for comedy. For example, Mike Nichols' work girl may be better than hot and humid American summer, but it's hardly so interesting or even so hard. They are different types of comedies with different purposes and methods, but they are funny movies in their own way, and they all have a list like this. However, the one who makes me laugh more may win in the end.

We once again screened a long list of comedies at Dogesflix this month, including the new comedy film and all those glorious years of Adam Sandler exclusive that make you regret, Billy Gilmore Madison and happiness, find the best 50, you can flow this second. I hope you can find something to dig below.

Here are the three best comedy movies on Dogesflix in March 2017

Tim and Eric's billion dollar movie

Year: 2012

Director: Tim heidecker and Eric wareheim

Therefore, comedy is subjective. Not everyone likes what Tim heidek and Eric welheim did. That's cool. Those who really like it will like their films, where they combine their patented aesthetics with their hobbies, degenerate and secular, and extend them to long films. Do you know that when you watch David Lynch's movies, you can't tell when he wants to be funny? Tim and Eric obviously want to be interesting throughout the film, but it can still be as weird, scary and (yes) unforgettable as Lynch's films. Garrett Martin

Donald Trump's the art of trading

Year: 2016

Director: Jeremy Connor is now

It is too short to rank higher on this list, but it may still be too long for what it wants to do. This funny or dead filmed parody is an absurd, caustic pseudo adaptation of the 1987 memoir, which for the first time made our most puzzling president a national celebrity. Johnny Depp plays trump, his best performance since 21 Jump Street. The art of the deal plays Trump's business growth in 50 minutes with a one minute zacker Abraham Zucker joke style and the dubbing of late night comedy sketches. Garrett Martin

cook

Year: 1996

Director: Jon feru

Jon feru took a break between the $163 million cowboys and aliens and the Disney remake of the real-life fantasy forest. He wrote, directed and starred in an independent comedy about a famous chef rediscovering his love for food. His restaurant owner (Dustin Hoffman) wouldn't let him do experiments in the kitchen, and his ignorance of social media led to an open dispute with a food critic (Oliver Platt), so he resigned and bought a dining car. The next road trip is the sweet and sincere core of the film - he meets his son again and his love for food. The plot of the film is simple and clear, but humor and mouth watering food make it an enjoyment. Josh Jackson
