How to fix unable to sign in to CAMPs error?
CAMPs makes use of the email address that the user provided while registering the product. Notably, this might not be the same as the login details for the company file.
If the email address used to register the product wasn't already connected to an Intuit Account, it was created for the user immediately. The user might need to claim that account if he/she have never logged in. Also, in case of multiple accounts, users may need to combine them.
- At the bottom of the CAMP sign-in screen, click on I forgot my user ID or password. If it doesn't work, go back to camps.intuit.com and select Claim Account.
