The largest region in Northrend, the Dragonbone Wilds is a vast arctic graveyard filled with the frozen bones of gargoyles. In the Dragonbone Wilds, the Five Great Dragons were once given the task of guarding Azeroth.

At the center of the Dragonbone Wilderness is the Temple of Dragonsleep, surrounded by five dragon shrines: Obsidian, Azure, Bronze, Emerald, and Ruby. All of them are besieged by legions of undead apocalyptists intent on raising undead dragons from the ice in the service of the Lich King.

Hammer of Agmar (Horde)
West of the Temple of the Dragonsleep is the Hammer of Agmar, where the High King of Agmar leads the Horde and Warcry Hordes against the Arachnid menace.

The Unyielding Winterguard (Alliance)
Wintergarde is the seat of the Seventh Legion and the primary rallying point for the Dragonbone Wilds Alliance. She is often surrounded by the Skaven army, who have destroyed the surrounding towns.
