In today’s busy society sleep is often forgotten. That is until we are exhausted but can’t fall asleep because our bodies have become so adjusted to the go-go-go way of life. The fact of the matter is that we tend to want to do it all. We go to work or school, sometimes both, and then we stay up all night to have fun, study, or play on our phones and watch television. There are the natural and healthy ways to fall asleep that many people may not think of. We will look at five of them today.
